six fantastic performances. It wasn't him who took home the award this time,

Barry Keoghan won for his role in The Banshees of Inisherin.

News: BAFTA has published the 2023 BAFTA Film Awards nominations longlist

today. Eddie Redmayne and Jessica Chastain are both listed in acting categories

for their performances in The Good Nurse. The final nominations

will be announced on Jan 19, with the ceremony due to take place on Feb 19.

The 80th Golden Globe Awards kicks off the awards

season on January 10, 5pm PT. Eddie is nominated in

the 'Best Supporting Actor - Motion Picture' category

EE BAFTA nominations for The Trial of the Chicago 7

NEWS!

The nominations for EE BAFTA's were announced today.

The Trial of the Chicago 7 nominated in the Best Film,

Best Original Screenplay and Best Editing category.

Full list of nominees here

Eddie Redmayne didn't get a nomination in the Best Supporting Actor category,

but we can root for the movie and wait for his appearance at the show.

The EE BAFTAs take place on the weekend of 10 and 11 April 2021,

and will be broadcast on the BBC.

BAFTA Film Gala in London 8th February, 2019

BAFTA Film Gala kicked off awards weekend yesterday, raising money for

BAFTA's charitable initiatives! Guests were encouraged to pledge their support as

well as raising funds by bidding at the night’s charity auction. Redmayne addressed

the room to help increase bids on the offering of a set visit to Fantastic Beasts 3,

telling guests how special the wizarding sets are in scale and scope. (THR)
