Happy Birthday J.K. Rowling! - FB books and more

I loved the Harry Potter books, read them several times. I can't wait the film and I will read her play too.

"The reviews have been overwhelming, I'm genuinely shocked, surprised and delighted"
- J.K. Rowling at the 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' gala performance yesterday (x) (x)

Guess who was also there!

YAHOO videos from Comic Con 2016:

When asked by the BBC’s Lizo Mzimba whether Harry Potter’s story will continue in other media,
Rowling said: "Well it is, because of course I'm doing Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."
Pressed on whether the film trilogy will be set in Harry’s world rather than on Harry, she said, with
a smile: "It's more preview-y I think than people realise.” (Independent)

Backstory from the author: Book to Film to Book to Film to...
The Last Days of Night was always intended to be a novel. It was conceptualized, researched, outlined, and written for the page, and for the page alone. But, well, even the best laid plans…
And now... it’s going to star one of my favorite actors in the world. - full story

Lichfield Cathedral WWI project - my involvement in it

"Before Action" is a unique and one off Art installation - throughout the inside of Lichfield Cathedral.
The installation features bespoke recordings of 4 poems by Oscar winning actor Eddie Redmayne
which will be seen in their entirety for the first time during the 3 day installation...
Entry to the installation is free and entry will be every 30mins until 11pm with a
unique end to the installations at 12 midnight each evening. - Read more
Eddie Redmayne will NOT be at the sculpture exhibit. Peter Walker said he has another commitment, but this
project is very close to his heart so I decided to take part in it as well with a reading. I chose the poem by an
unknown soldier written in pencil on the chalk roof of a tunnel at La Boiselle. This is the poem Eddie wrote on
the cover of his script as an inspiration, when he prepared for the role of Stephen Waysford in the BBC
adaptation of the Sebastian Falks novel "Birdsong". (x)
Update Jan 25, 2017: The poem read by Eddie in a bts video
“If in this place you are detained,
don’t look around you all in vain,
but cast your net and you will find,
that every cloud is silver lined. Still.”

“Bajtárs, ki itt bent rekedsz,
ne veszítsd el mind hited,
ki elhiszi, reménye nem hiú,
meglátja, innen is van kiút.”
(Translated by Eszter Domonkos)
In honor of Eddie's commitment other Redmayniacs read too, there are a few who already

New Prada advert video with Eddie

Eddie redmayne is on a romantic detective mission for prada men’s
Watch him navigate a surreal world of postcard landscapes in Miuccia’s historically influences
autumn/winter 16 menswear collection.

After the release of the women's fall campaign, which features 27 super models, designer Miuccia Prada has
just unveiled her male muse for the new season. Eddie Redmayne is the face of her fall/winter 2016-17 editorial,
in both print and video.. (x)
Eddie Redmayne's Prada menswear campaign has come to life in a new short film by Craig McDean, Masha Vasyukova and DJA. The Brit actor wears historically tinged clothes, including a leather panelled great coat,
knitted sweater and white shirt with a blue painted porcelain style scene of roman centurions and maidens from
the autumn/winter 16 collection.
To an atmospheric, suspenseful track, End Up Apart by Mexican artist Hiram Martínez, Redmayne reads intently from a diary before heading out into a surreal postcard landscape in search of something (a lover, perhaps?), his brooding acting the perfect match for Prada's dramatic aesthetic. (x)

Comic-Con Trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

Warner Bros premiered the full length trailer for the movie at the Comic Con panel Saturday,
Many members of the cast attended SDCC including Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston,
Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler, Colin Farrell and Ezra Miller. Director David Yates
and producer David Heyman were also be there, they did promo for the movie.
I don't think I need to say anything about the trailer, it speaks for itself.
This movie will be amazing, I can't wait.

“This is Mr. Scamander. He’s lost something I’m going to help him find.”

“We’re going to recapture my creatures before they get hurt. They’re currently in
alien terrain, surrounded by the most vicious creatures on the planet: humans.”

Native to Australia, the Billywig’s sting packs a powerful punch for Muggles,
No-Majs and wizards alike.

Put this on. - What...why would I have to wear something like this?
- Because your skull is susceptible to breakage under immense force.

Thunderbirds are known to sense danger.

The Demiguise’s long, silky, silvery hair is highly valued
for its ability to be spun into Invisibility Cloaks.

A two-legged, winged creature with a serpentine body,
the Occamy hatches from eggshells of the purest silver.

Don't panic! There’s absolutely nothing to worry about.

I wanna be a wizard!!!
