The Oscar winning actor and OMEGA ambassador Eddie Redmayne
introduces the 125th anniversary of the OMEGA name - telling the
story of the extraordinary 19-ligne “OMEGA” calibre. He even
shares a few personal tips on how to wear a pocket watch.

The video was probably recorded during Eddie’s OMEGA Ginza Boutique visit
in Japan in November 2018

My last info was, that the filming was wrapped the day when Eddie was hurt. This is a surprise for me.

“It’s pretty amazing, actually, because you go up so gently it’s not quite as scary as you think it’s going to be because it’s a slow incline, but then suddenly you’re 2,000 feet up looking out of the balloon and thinking, ‘Wow, it is actually quite high up here.’” - Felicity Jones

TBT - It's time to listen to the Fantastic Beasts audiobook again

reads excerpts from the Hogwarts Library book 'Fantastic Beasts and Where
to Find Them', the parts about the Demiguise, the Niffler and the Erumpent.

It's a joy to listen to Eddie's voice. The movie's Newt Scamander
is the best person to read to the audio book version.

I love audiobooks. They allow me to listen to the stories I wouldn't be able to
read due to the lack of time and eye fatigue. I spent too much time in front of
the computer screen. By evening the letters are blurred before my eyes.

Eddie Redmayne explains that ‘mating dance’ scene - iTunes Q&A panel November 2016

‘I was reading this one scene. “Jacob hides behind a thing, and then Newt
performs mating dance and then…” I went back down it and was like,
“Newt performs mating dance? David?”’ - Eddie Redmayne

More about this in my old posts:

I posted these gifs on tumblr in March 2017 and decided to post the gifset here
too. Tumblr's new automatic system flagged my post as adult content. I appealed
and got it back. If you are on tumblr and you have flagged posts that are vanished
from your blog, you can find them on your dashboard (among your posts) and
you can appeal (ask for review by people), or edit the posts, and get them back.

Goldderby article published on Eddie's Birthday ranked his 10 best movies
The author told a story about him, when he was in NYC in 2010.:
“…In 2010 I happened to be walking past the theater in New York where
Red was playing. Alfred Molina who was the above the title star of the
play was signing autographs in front of the theater as his limousine waited.
As I walked further along I saw Redmayne seemingly walking home
from the theater alone carrying a well-worn suitcase that he was
having trouble keeping closed. It was sort of fascinating to see an actor
who at the time of the play was thought of as not famous enough to merit
a car to drive him home make it to the Oscar podium only four years later”

Eddie Redmayne and Rami Malek screentest and photos for W Magazine

Amazing interview with some very interesting stories

Rami Malek and Eddie Redmayne on First Kisses, Musical Tastes, and 'The Hills' Reboot

In this Screen Test interview, Rami Malek and Eddie Redmayne are no stranger to
transformation, having both portrayed incredibly famous—and very diverse—real life
figures on screen (as Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody and Stephen Hawking
in The Theory of Everything). But in real life, the pair couldn't be any more normal,
as they talk about embarrassing first kisses, their first auditions, and, amazingly, the
upcoming The Hills reboot. - You can subscribe to W on YouTube here
(The pictures below are my screenshots from the video)

Rami Malek wears a Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello shirt.
Eddie Redmayne wears a Givenchy shirt and pants.

What was the first record you bought?
Bon Jovi. “Livin’ on a Prayer” is such a good song. I love a good emotional ballad.
The greatest YouTube hole to go down is Leona Lewis when she was on The X Factor.
Every week, she just came and delivered. Occasionally she’d take her shoes off.
Do you watch other reality shows?
I’m quite excited because The Hills, which is my original reality-TV guilty pleasure,
is coming back. I had a bit of a love-hate relationship with Heidi Montag.
Do you have a secret skill?
Yes. I’m incredibly good at being early. I’m always the person who gets to the
airport four hours early. I drive everyone crazy. Dior Men jacket and pants;
Urstadt Swan gloves; Givenchy boots.

Best Performances: Featuring Nicole Kidman, Claire Foy,
Rami Malek, and 29 of Hollywood's Biggest Stars
