J.K. Rowling and Eddie Redmayne appear on the red carpet for the premiere of
the HBO Documentary film, “Finding the Way Home,” at the new WarnerMedia
headquarters at 30 Hudson Yards, December 11, 2019. “Inspired by the work of
J.K. Rowling’s Lumos Foundation, whose mission is to end the institutionalization
of children worldwide by 2050, ‘Finding the Way Home’ highlights the painful
realities of the eight million children living in orphanages and other institutions
around the world. Heartbreaking, enlightening and uplifting, the film shines a light
on six extraordinary stories of hope and resilience,” according to press materials.
The film airs on HBO in the US on December 18, 2019.
