Yesterday evening they went to the dinner that launched this year's 2 day immersive Christmas feast.
Sarabande: The Lee Alexander McQueen Foundation have teamed up with Bistrotheque in what could be the collaboration of the year. They are hosting The Reindeer, a 2 day immersive Christmas feast and it’s set to be a dinner like no other. With four courses, including smoked goats cheese, roast beef and fermented apple sorbet, along with paired Ketel One cocktails, (x)
A specially created fang-shaped bar takes centre stage at the venue, which has been decked out with 'wildlife gems' and an illuminated ceiling installation hung with 'knitted leather sculptural forms'. We're not sure what it'll look like but with the McQueen foundation involved it's bound to be impressive. After all, the whole ethos behind Sarabande is to support the UK's creative talent and all proceeds raised will go to the charity. (x)

The opening party for Bistrotheque’s pop-up Reindeer restaurant doubled as a Narnia-like revelation of Sarabande: The Lee Alexander McQueen Foundation. Once they arrived at a large ex-industrial building in the East End of London—where McQueen was brought up—guests pushed their way through a fur coat–lined “wardrobe” to discover that McQueen’s haven for creative and cash-strapped talent lay inside.
